This privacy statement informs you as a user of this website which of your personal data have been collected and the reason why, as well as how they are used. The scope of this privacy statement is only valid for contents and functions of this website and not for external contents and functions accessible via hyperlink.


Personal Data

As soon as you transmit messages via the contact form, email or chat, we obtain certain personal data. We save those transmitted data on the servers of our providers to answer your inquiries and to be strictly used for initiating business. In addition to that our provider might obtain technical data, e.g. the browser used, IP address and access time. Basically, all our providers are subject to the same legal conditions as we are (GDPR).

We will not use your data to send unauthorised advertising other than your subscribed content. We immediately delete all your electronically stored data when terminating your subscription and, if you are a customer, as soon as our business relationship is mutually ended or if you request cancellation. Issued invoices are subject to the legal retention period.


External data

We partially include external contents and functions e.g. videos, graphics, photos, feeds, map data etc. When accessing those, third-party providers receive your IP address to send requested information to your browser. At the time of linking, the legitimacy of external content is verified. We are not liable for illegal changes of external contents after the time of linking.



This website uses so-called “cookies”, small text files which contain your settings to increase page access speed. Whether and how cookies are stored on your device can be adjusted in your browser settings.


Web fonts

We may use external fonts, e.g. Google fonts obtained from Google servers outside of the EU (e.g. the USA). Due to this, Google accesses, according to its own statements, your current IP address without personal data.

You possess the right to information, correction, cancellation, restriction, data transfer, withdrawal and objection.
